Research and Writing

The Research and Writing COP (RaWCOP) is a peer writing group that enables interested CAPAL members to:

  • Share draft papers/chapters for members’ comments;
  • Workshop ideas/test methodologies
  • Dress rehearse conference presentations
  • Share calls for papers
  • Collaborate
  • Suggest relevant literature
  • Refer to other colleagues 
  • Discuss current/emerging scholarship
  • Propose conference sessions/panels
  • Contribute content to CJAL or other journals

Monthly/bimonthly meetings are held on Zoom.

The Facilitators produce an annual report for the Education and Professional Development Committee.
